A pan that fits your cooking
Compare base diameter, hob compatibility, weight and handle comfort. Check whether oven use is permitted, including the lid and handle, and use the temperature limit specified by the manufacturer.
A scale that is easy to use
Look for a stable platform, readable display and a tare function. Check maximum capacity and the smallest measurement increment. Precision claims should come from the specification, not the appearance of the product.
Storage with a clear purpose
Choose sizes that fit your fridge and usual portions. Verify whether the exact model is freezer, microwave or dishwasher safe. Inspect lids and seals, and keep original food labels when decanting.
